I don't recomend atkins diet, or any diet, they are just temporary remedy to
obesity. i suggest to try see a doctor an make excercise combined with an
appetite suppresant.

Yeah just pump your body full of either ineffective or dangerous and
expensive drugs to propagate the pharmaceutical giants. How about just
finding a WOE that you can sustain and is healthy for you. If it is LF/HC
then so be it, if it is LC then so be it too. YMMV BLAH BLAH BLAH. but drugs
are not the answer. been there. done that.

eating. Then be sure to throw in some exercise to make it acceptable.
