water, etc.
Amazing how little some people's intake of fluids is. One thing I've
noticed watching my weight is that lots of water, black coffee, diet sode, tea, etc. does keep the hunger away. It must be that that full feeling is assoicated with having just eaten. Anyway it works well for me...have to watch the caffein intake though when eating less, because it will give you the jitters and keep you awake. I suppose fiber works the same way except of course it can also produce gas which can give you a really full feeling. High fiber and high water intake can really help curb appetite whatever the reason. dkw |
