Default NYNY - Fred - Oct 15th - Trampoline, perhaps

See my response to Prairie. I am having a similar feeling about what
I gather are normal fluctuations. And as I wrote there, too, other
than being safer with a lower number, say, 155, (vis a vis Lifetime
and paying) I would still be jumping around and "jumpy" about it, too.
Just have to get use to the ups/downs and inbetweens.

I watched the doppler. It looked like a brief clearing. Dressed for
biking, headed out and ran right into RAIN. I hesitated decided to
ride anyway and did for a whole additional block and then turned
aroundI did a big 2.4 miles 51F.

You said something about that up 2 down 2? I am beginning to think that is
what it is also. I go on my scale from 159 - 161. The 161 always scares me
and I eat a little less, when it says 160 I just eat what I want, but
moderate? The 159 seems to send me into the bottom of the freezer where I
keep the chocolate, and I thaw out 3 pieces of the stuff. Just that, and I
am back up to 161. I am beginning to get a sort of okay feeling now though.
Like I can do this, Just like this, and not have any big problems. So I am
buying some clothes. It is so neat, they are size 10. I cannot remember
ever fitting size 10 and they are not even a bit tight.

Al Roker actually mentioned Brownsville on this morning's Today show.
With an expected 83F, I don't think you need zip off pants (g)

Back down two pounds from last week's gain of 2 lbs. I am bouncing
neatly, I guess - therefore, the trampoline reference above.

159.4 today.

Maintenance continues.

Oh, yeah, I used my convertible pants today - zipped off the legs so I
was wearing comparable to last week's WI. I would have been up in the
full pants or jeans, I guess.

yeah. Exactly. I think 155 is going to be "safer" but Why? I am
officially 3 pounds under goal at my last weigh in, and this week my average
weight actually didn't go down for the first time, nor up either. I think
up 2 down 2 is just the way maintenance goes. I read somewhere years ago,
that people who are normal weight tend to catch themselves if they gain a
few pounds and cut back until it is gone. I can remember my dad using his
belt for this. If it got snug, he would cut back.

I think you're doing really. Staying the same weight day in, day out
has to be impossible. So, good for you :-)

Dang it was 45 here. Had to get out the sweats and gloves for the early
morning walk (in true Texas fashion) did warm up to 76 later though.

I seem to be bouncing by 0.3 kg (almost a pound) at the moment, so I'm
figuring it's normal. You're maintaining nicely, even if the scale isn't
exactly the same every week.
