Food & Exercise -- 1/23/2007
Typical Tuesday -- morning run, work at the conservancy in the
afternoon, then a visit to the winery. It was colder than my normal running cut-off (mid 20s), but so pretty and sunny that I went out anyway. It went fine, though it was a little cold breathing the air at first. Food: * 7:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan * 10:30 (home): energy bar * 12:30 (conservancy -- brought with me and fixed in the kitchen there): 2 cups beef barley soup * 4:45 (winery): 9 oz. wine; 1 biscotti * 9:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup; 1 mini dark chocolate truffle Totals: 1466 calories (173 from alcohol), 34g fat (21%), 136g carbs (37%), 110g protein (30%) Exercise: 9:30 -- 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
