Nothing is working!?
I'm 16 years old and a size 12/14. That may not sound large but for my
height it's not exactly the best figure. I've been told that what i am experiancing is puppy fat, and will go away in time but nothing is working. I've tried dieting, and exercising but it's not making any difference. I'm about 10-10 1/2 stone and would really love to be a size 10. I am not a "wide Load" but my "fat" makes me look as if i'm pregnant, and i have large thies, and don't feel comfortable wearing skirts. Could anyone give me any advice on how i can reduce my size either with a specific diet or exercise? thanx |
