Many thanks

If you don't need personal testimonial, google "low carb recipes".

I think you might enjoy dLife:
http://www.dlife.com/diabetes/diabetic-recipes/
they publish nice diabetic recipes that by definition
tend to be low-carbish, and they also have a good
library of known-chef videos and send out an email
newsletter which is very informative.

Thank you very very much! That is what I was hoping for I posted here a
very long time ago, when Myra was posting. I have been lurking awhile and
haven't seen her this time. Her cheesecake recipe was so good and I was
hoping to make it I recognise a few names here still!

At that time, I followed low carb a little, but it wasn't too easy as the
family were not interested. To cut a long story short, recently, my husband
had a bit of a scare over his tryglicerides and I suggested we follow low
carb. As it turned out the scare was false but by the time he got his
results, he had seen just how good food can be without carbs! I have been
inventing recipes which he has loved and he lost a few pounds too I
remembered the recipe site you have just given me and thought it would help.
I forsee a much healthier future for this household now)

Once again, thank you for that. I don't have much knowledge to share about
this WOE but I shall be lurking and learning

Kind regards

Ophelia
