Default "Not a lot of food" follow-up

OK,

After four days, I am nowhere near the allotted points yet, as I'm unwilling to
start feeling deprived because honestly, it kicks up all sorts of unhealthy and
wacky emotional stuff for me, and I end up eating more, not less. This has got
to be fun, and feel good, or forget it, I'm better off not playing with dieting
fire at all -- too dangerous, I don't want to get bigger!

I'm really testing to see if this is something I can use to GENTLY and SLOWLY
retrain myself, to be nicer to myself. I honestly have no clue about portion
sizes, I can see that.

People asked me to post my day's "menus", ha ha ha, I'm still just haphazardly
grazing through what was already here (like 2 large Papa John's pizzas laying
around from Friday night -- not a common event) and doing what I'd normally do,
*but* keeping an eye on portions.

As the days have gone by, I've been playing a little with the portions, paring
them down to whatever "one" WW serving size is, and seeing when I feel hungry
again.

With that, here's a telling trend -- these are "Flex Points Spent" per day,
from day one through today (if I just eat what I plan to eat):
26.5 (pizza)
21 (out with friends, ordered the duck)
16.5
12

I am about to go make my dinner, again, keeping the portions down, but eating
what's here/what I want to eat. I'm VERY hungry, it's almost alarming, it's
like I don't know what it feels like, ha ha ha. Hopefully dinner will be
satisfying (steak, potatoes, corn) and I won't need a snack. Gotta go to the
store and get some bananas and apples. :-)

Slowly getting the point...
