Default Things that you can do now that you lost weight

I was just wondering what things come to mind from the people that have lost
quite a bit of their weight?

1. Play sports better and probably longer as I age.
2. Enjoy buying clothes for the first time ever.
3. Tying my shoes is easy.
4. Just being more comfortable in general.

I just joined a bicycle club today. http://www.wpwbikeclub.org/ I am so
excited. I would have never done that at 250 pounds or even 210 for that
matter.

Enjoy,
Curt

I can look at myself in the mirror without having to pretend to myself that
I don't see what I see. It's kinda nice. :-)

The visual of someone having sex with a 200 pound sow was really not
necessary.

- Not having heartburn

Do you find that low carb diets help reduce gastric
reflux diseases symptoms?

If yes....why is that you think?

I can look in the mirror without being grossed out.
I can cross my legs when sitting down
I can give myself a pedicure without being a contortionist
I can lay in bed and watch the TV without my big belly getting in the way
I can walk more than 100 feet without getting winded.
I don't have to take antacids anymore
I can and do forget to eat
I can be on my feet for long periods of time without hip/back pain
I can now wear any shoes in my closet without the bones feeling like they
are coming through the bottom of my feet
I enjoy daily exercise (unheard of before)

Since I am feeling better about my appearance and feeling better physically,
I do a lot of vanity things I didn't do before. I really enjoy shopping for
clothes. I love going to get my hair done and I wear makeup again (I pretty
much quit that when I got fat). I got my teeth bleached. I've become much
more social, I have clothes to wear out now other than leggings and Men's
XXL t-shirts so I am not ashamed to go places and be with people. Seems
every day it occurs to me I am doing something that I didn't used to do or
be able to do. This WOE has REALLY changed my life.
