Default Coca-Cola

I thought you might be interested in the reply I received from
Coca-Cola regarding their so-called low-carb, low-calorie soft drink.
I thought it was sweetened with Splenda - I was wrong.

here it is:

"Coca-Cola C2 is sweetened with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) or
Sucrose, and Sucralose, Acesulfame K and Aspartame (a tri-blend). The
unique combination of these sweeteners allows us to deliver a great
Coca-Cola taste with less than half the carbohydrates and half the
calories of regular soda. Based on an 8-ounce serving, that means 12
grams of sugar, 12 grams of carbohydrates and 45 calories.

Regarding availability of Coca-Cola C2 outside the U. S. and Japan,
several countries are exploring this as we speak, but there are no
details that we can announce at this time."

If you look on the back on the box for splenda.. Sucralose is splenda.

I know. I understand that. It also contains a lot of sugar and corn
syrup, which doesn't make it a calorie friendly drink for me. It also
isn't going to be available in Canada anytime in the near future -
which was my whole point...LOL
