unbelievably idiotic.

ATKINS INSURANCE FRAUD, INC.
925 Market Street
San Francisco, California 94109
Fax (415) 543-7708

Dear Atkins User:

This is to inform you that AIF, Inc., in association with a network of
Insurance companies and hospitals has found out your identity and has
entered your name and social security number into a database.

That database is used for insurance fraud purposes to prevent insurance
companies from having to pay for medical coverage that is deemed reckless
and disregarding to the fiduciary duty of policy holders.

The Atkins diet users have been specifically targeted due to the knowledge
of the health consequences. It costs insurance companies $500,000 per
cardiac arrest. Thus, the ten thousand dollars it took to find out who you
are is well worth the effort.

You will not be covered for anything but emergency room care (if you have a
poverty level income) and you could be arrested for insurance fraud if you
were on Atkins at the time of applying for coverage, and did not disclose
that to your insurance company.

It is advised that you discontinue Atkins immediately, or discuss what you
perceive are the health benefits with your insurance provider. It is
possible that if you have been on Atkins for less than two years the
cardiovascular damage and kidney destruction could be rectified.

It is the official position of THE ATKINS INSURANCE FRAUD, Inc. to get
people off Atkins before dealing with the civil litigation and criminal
prosecution of what is clearly been shown to be a fatal lifestyle.

But be informed that without discussing this matter with a doctor not
financially connected with Atkins, and your insurance provider, you risk
great economic damage.
A discussion with a lawyer should also be done, if you do continue on Atkins
despite this e-mail.

This also includes the fact that life insurance benefactors will not receive
their benefits.

Sincerely,

Katie Morris

Oh my, and what will they do to all the doctors that endorse it, take away
their license to practice medicine?
Sue all the book publishing companies that publish the books pertaining to
anything low-carb?

Thanks for the laugh....I needed one today!

thhis one up. I heard that the industry was going to made another all out
assault on low carb diets in an attempt to gain back market.

I just did a reverse phone lookup on the (415) 543-7708 number, and it's
not listed. And, the address is: 925 Market St San Francisco, CA
94103-1701. So, even the address is wrong.
