Default Food & Exercise -- 1/4/2006

Typical Wednesday -- went to work, walked at lunchtime, gym day off.
Left the office a bit early to go pick up new glasses at the
optometrist and ran a few errands afterward.

Food:

* 8:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated asiago
* 12:00 (work, brought from home): salad w/ 107g grilled chicken
breast, 1 cup mixed greens, a bunch of other veggies (tomatoes,
carrots, squash, cauliflower), 2 tbsp f/f balsamic vinaigrette
* 2:30 (work, from stash there): 5 prunes
* 5:30 (freebie from the grocery store): Pecan Sandy cookie
* 6:30 (home): 2 fiber rye crackers
* 7:30 (home): 120g pork roast; 120g Brussels sprouts; 140g sweet
potato; 2 miniature dark chocolate bars
* 10:00 (home): apple

Totals: 1294 calories, 35g fat (24%), 158g carbs (49%), 93g protein
(29%)

Exercise:

1:00 -- 3 mile brisk walk
