Carol Ann - September Challenge
Amazingly, I ended the month at the same weight I started it, even with two
weeks of nothing but high carb foods. I had Crash look at the scale, because I didn't want to see a huge number. I'm stunned, but happy. Now it's time to buckle down. I'm not in for the October Challenge. At some point, I have to provide my own motivation. Now's as good a time as any. Carol -- "Years ago my mother used to say to me...
