continuing loss problem
It has been 16 months since I started my WW type diet. I went from 275 to
175 in about 10 months. Lately my weight has dropped to 171 which is under the 177 I wished to maintain. I am not eating that much but since I got 'scared' (Dr's appointment in 10 day) I started to eat bad food first 2 orders of french fries in 16 months. And 3 soft ice cream cones (1st also). Is this common for the weight loss to continue? My basic diet is very changed from my 275 lifestyle, and my stomach has shrunk considerably, I would imagine, as I don't have that hugh appetite anymore. Anyway, on the 20th the Dr. will let me know. Oh yeah, 73 years old too. Could be anything. My physical a year ago gave me a perfect score. |
