A NEAT way to earn Activity POINTS....Yourself!
From this WW'er....
I found this "game" on a message board called Yourself! Fitness. It's available on PC, PS2 and XBox and McDonald's is offering a scaled down DVD version you get with an Adult Healthy Meal. The website is http://www.yourselffitness.com/ and there is an extensive community group. You plug in your height, weight, goals, etc and the virtual trainer will customize the different routines by asking questions throughout to make sure everything isn't too straining. For $30, this is quite the deal. I got mine at Walmart.com. Glenn B. 277/257/199 |

I sometimes use Dance Dance Revolution for a fun workout. -- the volleyballchick |

I did outgrow it eventually but it's a neat idea for sure. -- Tanukiki (mom of 2 wonderful boys) Pre-baby #2 weight 239 (in 2004) Started WW 01/21/06 Reached 10% 03/18/06 205.4/179.4/150 -- Leader of the Cult of Worshippers of BiPolar Long-Haired Sexy Anime Guys with Swords |

Does that mean I need to own one of those game systems to utilize this
program? Or will it run on my PC? Debbie "Glenn B." wrote in message news:tau7g.2300$IL2.655@trnddc04... From this WW'er.... I found this "game" on a message board called Yourself! Fitness. Glenn B. 277/257/199 They have a version for the PC but I find it hard to imagine a good setup where you could 1) see the screen and 2) have room to exercise. It will incorporate a HR monitor, stability ball, step, and dumbbells if you have them and let the "game" know that you have them. I have the XBox version.

Thanks for the info, I guess I will pass on this then, since I only have the
PC and it would not be conducive to exercise where it is set up. Debbie "tanukiki" wrote in message news:_Ix7g.722$W83.313@trnddc07... "Deb in Northern California" wrote in message ...
