Is this based on that study of mice in laboratories?

No.

Apparently Peter Jennings surmised this simply by using his common
sense :-)

In the broadcast in 2003, Jennings said "'Obesity is fast becoming the
largest public health crisis in America," Mr. Jennings said. "The simple
answer is to tell people to just eat less and exercise more. What few
people know is how much of the problem with the American diet is a
direct result of federal government policy and food industry
practices.'"

However, when Jennings confronted the food industry spokeman, he
simply asked:

"Shouldn't we be telling folks to 'eat less' ? ? ?"

At which point, the spokesman stammered saying that he did not believe
the problem was that simple.

Truth is simple.

truth." -- Holy Spirit

Mr. Chung: Please drag your spamming fingers away from the computer. Nobody
wants, trusts, believes, cares for or follows your advice.

Without the LORD, your fantasies are meaningless (Ecclesiastes).

This simply shows that the Holy Spirit is absolutely right to convict
you:

All of which has zero relevance or evidentiary value for the fact the
Jennings seriously studied the issues in developing his report; he
didn't simply "surmise" it as you claimed.

Convincing especially with your meaningless opinions
notwithstanding :-)

Truth is simple.

But elusive, apparently.

For you, the food industry spokeman, and Governor Pontius Pilate,
yes :-)

Departing is the last of my worries. Not even a mild
dose of Lyme seems to be slowing me down.
