Food:
Breakfast: cottage cheese w/Splenda (200 g cottage cheese, a few drops Splenda) Lunch: codfish dip (3 Tbs) Snack: codfish dip (2 Tbs) Snack: blackberries with light cream and Splenda (2/3 cup blackberries, 1 Tbs light cream, a few drops Splenda) Dinner: creamy mushrooms (1 Ts olive oil, 280 gr mushrooms (canned, drained solids), 2 Tbs tomato sauce, 1 cup light cream, 1 Tbs Tamari soy sauce) Water = 7 cups; vitamin C drink Exercise: none, apart from a little housework According to Fitday = 56 grams of carbs (17%; 1021 calories) Elly breastfeeding mom of a 10mo, following the balanced low carb WOE Mid July 2004: 195.8 / 185.9 / mini-goal by August 20th: 184.8 (to 187 lbs- reached) sometime in the (distant) futu 150 lbs |
