Much much wiser to stick to evidence based medicine as is done now and
has been done in the past and is the way doctors are still trained
today.

Would be very simple to compare people with this 2 pound diet and
other diets which rely on decreased pertions/calories and see how they
do and how their VATs compare.

There are professional athletes who are "fit" and "lean" and because
of training and exercise and who do not follow the 2 pound diet and
would be interested in their VAT - should be high according to Chung.
