Fat Flush?
Has anyone read this book and tried the Fat Flush program? It sure sounds
like you drink a lot of cran-water (unsweetened cranberry juice and water) all throughout the day. I didn't know you could buy unsweetened juice. |

This time of year you can buy cranberries and make your own juice. If you don't have a juicer, boil them , put in blender then strain. Unsweetened cranberries are really really sour. Choke down enough sour water and you won't feel like eating. |

I make a cocktail of sorts (nonalcoholic) with crystal lite, club soda, and about 4 ounces of unsweetened 100% cranberry juice. It has a nice zing to it with only the calories of the juice, which is only about 40. I have no idea if cranberry has any "fat flushing" capabilities, but I've always heard it's good for the urinary tract, and I like how it tastes. |

Some stores carry frozen ones that should be doable any time of year. |
