Your diet is terrible.

What's wrong with it? Can you offer me in actual input here?

Eat two or three real meals a day. A couple of crackers and a slice of
cheese is not a meal. Eat real food. Stop drinking soda - and don't
replace it with diet. Drink water.

Exercise.

Exercise.

Exercise.

Hey there guys,

I decided to post here looking for some dietry advice.

I'm 28 years old, I weigh 14 1/2 stone / 92kg and I'm 6ft3. Over the
last 9 months I cut back on the amount of food I ate during the day,
hoping that I'd lose some weight. I have been 92kg for about 2 years
now, my weight doesn't fluctuate that much. I guess that I'm a tiny
bit overweight.

So, like I say, I've cut back on what I eat during the day and now I
only eat a slice of cheese, 4 dry crackers and an apple and a banana.
This is all I eat when I'm at work, no other snacks or sweets or
anything like that. When I get home I'd eat a balanced dinner and
dessert. Only one main meal a day. Thing is I drink an obscene
amount of Coke! I have a 500ml bottle in the morning, then a 330ml
can before lunch. Sometimes I'd have another 500ml after lunch time
and I'd drink another 330ml before I go to bed. This is my
downfall.

In the new year, I really want to try hard to be healthier and to cut
back on the amount of Coke I drink. Do you guys think that if I
perhaps had one can of Coke a day, and a bottle of water instead of a
500ml bottle of Coke, that I'd lose weight? I'd like to be around
85kg.

I don't really exercise, apart from walking a lot. I try to get out
everyday for a 45 minute walk during my lunchbreak, weather
permitting.

Any advice / criticisms / input is appreciated.

Thanks!

Andyhouse.

Try Coke Zero. I'm more of a Diet Coke person (for the taste), but when I
have tried Coke Zero it taste so much like the real thing it's amazing and
no calories to boot.

Patrick

I watched a Netflix documentary on aspartame, and have had no soft
drinks/pop since.

IMHO it is better to get caffeine from coffee than from soft drinks.

In the US they use High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is suspected of being one
of many reasons Americans are getting fat.

For diets I send people to Atkins' book....

How can I know if a product has high fructose corn syrup if it's not
written on the box?
