Default Sometimes, it just doesn't seem to work out

I'm a low-carber with occasional falls off the wagon, including the
occasional beer or burger (I think there were four burgers in all of 2011).
Yet, the recent checkup numbers are in: RBG at 103, but A1C at 5.0. All
other numbers are really good, below 180 on the cholesterol, good mineral
levels, etc. Doctor's overall eval was "excellent."

Time for concern because of that high-ish RBG? If these were your numbers,
what would you think/do?
