I'm bored.
This newsgroup is getting redundant. Yet, I'm addicted, I guess.
I'm aware of the contrary statistics, but I'm very certain that I have learned enough to master my weight for life. I would love to figure out how to export this from my brain to other receptive brains. I find that my casting of pearls here has had limited effect. I have one follower, that has been losing weight, but he/she is finding their own tangents to follow. I began writing my manifesto. I've read sagas on the internet from folks who lost weight and think they have something to teach about it. I don't want to be seen as just another self-centered nut. My writing needs a hook. Cubit |

Cubit The reality is: Lots of people are overweight Most overweight people know that it would be a good idea to lose weight Most of these people know that losing weight means eating less and exercising more Most of these people take no action People change from within, not from being preached at, ergo none of us can effect change in other peoples' behaviour. Just be glad that you decided to fix your problem, and try to get some value from bull****ting about it with other like-minded folks. :-)) |

Yeah, wait a minute. Aren't manifestos written by, like, cult leaders
and psycho unibombers? In article , "JC Der Koenig" wrote: LOL -- Eat less, exercise more. -- MFW -- "Cubit" wrote in message news I began writing my manifesto. |

Right. Diets are like religions, and cults.
My approach to dieting is radical from the perspective of mainstream dieting of the last 20 years. For example, I recommend that dieters always eat foods with the highest calorie density possible. I have never seen anyone else recommend that. 20 years from now my writings may be seen as prescient. However, today, it is a radical manifesto. "Luna" wrote in message ... Yeah, wait a minute.
