Suggested Strategy?
I'm eating out tonight at a Tapas place. They are small plates (good)
but I fear high in calories (bad)? I have allowed about 800 calories for this meal, and I assume I'll have at least one glass of sangria. Any recommended strategy? What would you order? jen |

I love tapas!!! |

Suggested Strategy?
My best suggestion is to eat only vegetables and drink lots and lots of
water! Tap water is the cheapest water. shinypenny wrote: I'm eating out tonight at a Tapas place. They are small plates (good) but I fear high in calories (bad)?
