Default Do feet shrink too?

Last winter's boots are too big now, not just in the calf area, but there's
extra room in the toes now too, my feet are sliding around in them. Is it
possible that my feet have shrunk too? I've only lost about 30 pounds, and
I don't remember my feet ever being fat.

Less water retention = smaller feet and ankles

Weight puts pressure on feet which causes them to spread. Less weight-less
spread. Not to mention edema loss. And, yes, fingers and toes and feet can
get fat-just look at a fat person's fingers.

I lost 50 lbs (still a bit more to go though) and always used to wear a size
8 1/2 to a size 9, and now I'm sporting 7 1/2's. Yay!

Yes. Feet definitely shrink, too. I lost the ability to wear my
favorite pair of fancy shoes. Sucks, but I won't trade.

You are very lucky...my size 11's are still the same although I went from a
B width to a AA.
