There are so many so called easy ways to lose weight but they all seem
to have a catch.
What I need is good ideas or recipes. Anyone any ideas.

Number one: exercise.
Number two: go to www.epicurious.com and search on their healthier recipes.

There are no "easy" ways to lose weight. The principles of losing weight
are very simple, but it does take effort, and determination, and diligence,
and willpower...

The bottom line is - eat less calories than you burn. You can achieve a
calorie deficit by eating less, exercising more, or a combo of both.

You only need one thing, desire to lose, without that all the other things
are a waste of time and money.
