7:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 10:15 (home): 20g almonds 11:00 (home): 1 cup green grapes 11:30 (out running errands): energy bar 1:30 (still running errands -- bought at Target): All Bran cereal bar 3:00 (home): 2 soy "hot dogs" w/ 2 slices melted f/f cheese & catsup 7:30 (home): 140g roast chicken breast; 162g boiled redskin potatoes; 60g gravy 11:30 (home): 1/2 cup f/f ricotta cheese w/ a little sugar-free dulce de leche syrup Totals: 1534 calories, 33g fat (19%), 156g carbs (41%), 158g protein (41%) Averages for the week: 1564 calories, 30% fat, 40% carbs, 33% protein Exercise: Nothing formal -- a fair bit of light housework. 10267 steps on pedometer Chris 262/139/ (145-150) |

11:00 am - breakfast: cottage cheese w/Splenda (200 grams cheese, a few drops Splenda) 4:00 pm - lunch: steamed cauliflower w/tuna, soy sauce and light cream (1/2 cup cauliflower with 104 grams tuna (canned, drained solids), 1 Ts Tamari soy sauce and 1 Tbs light cream) 8:40 pm - snack: black grapes (10 grapes) 9:30 pm - dinner/snack: "diet pudding w/ almonds" (200 grams light cream, 10 almonds, a few drops Splenda) Water = 0.7 lt Cola light = 2 cups Exercise: walking (brisk walk, with the stroller, 50% of the walk uphill) = 2 hrs According to FitDay = 27 grams of carbs, & 202 calories burned through exercise.
