Nice review of the existing literature on the topic. I'd call it a
summary rather than a definition and exhaustive rather than definitive.
Your main page is an even larger compendeum of links on the topic.

Why didn't you also post it to alt.support.diet.paleolithic? Very much

Thanks. You never can tell how many people are subscribed to a group
watching for traffic. Questions posted often seem to get answered on
groups that appeared to be dead for a long time so for many groups there
are folks subscribed and interested in the topic who don't post.

I was hoping you'd post your material there to have on topic traffic
proactively.
