from Sunday (62g turkey, 1/2 of large bun) w/ 2 slices f/f cheese
added

3:00 (work -- brought from home): 1 cup f/f peach yogurt

6:00 (driving to mall after work): energy bar

8:00 (home): 104g red snapper; 162g Brussels sprouts

9:00 (home): 3 mint meringue cookies

hadn't realized it until I got home in the evening and filled in my
spreadsheet. I've been making up some this evening but not enough to
get to my target 1500 -- just don't want any more.}

Exercise (gym day off):

12:00 -- brisk 2-mile walk

11:00 (just now): 21 guy-style pushups (my new PR :-) )

Funny! I just posted a "what's Amaro?" note to you! Anyway, red
snapper is a kind of fish. It has firm, mild-flavored white flesh,
and reddish skin. There's a picture of some on this page, if you
scroll down a ways:

Thanks for the explanation! I "thought" it was fish, just couldn't find the
Italian name for it in the dictionary. Thanks for the link!
