Default water challenge day 7 (the end)

goal 80 oz
actual 86 oz

I brought a water bottle on our canoe trip but since it started pouring rain
about 1/4 into it, I lost my desire to drink any :P. OTOH, I was so
dehydrated when I got home that I slugged down 2 liters in just over an
hour.

The challenge is over for now. Please keep up the sipping - it's good for
you!

I've guzzled enough water to float a small boat todayg It was hot and we
were out on the bike trails and then walking through dusty fields at a
festival.

4 - 20oz water bottles
3 - 24oz Propel water
4 - 12oz glasses Crytsal Light
--------------------------------
200 oz total and I'm sipping on another bottle of Propel as I type.

I had about 16-18 (128-144 oz) glasses of water today. I drank 1 and 1/2
pitchers at a play tonight and I am not quite sure how many glasses the
pitcher holds. I am feeling quite hydrated now and hope I can sleep through
the night! My goal is to spend my 3 day weekend drinking a ton of water and
a lot of exercise. 2/3's there!

I enjoyed this challenge and ended up doing on avg better than 4 liters a
day. Thanks Jenn for suggesting it.
