It's a mint and chamomile blend (and other herbs too, I'd have to look it up, though), and I should drink it when I'm on the verge of wanting to eat but not being really hungry. Elly |

When I read Body For Life, Bill Phillips says to compensate for caffeinated beverages with an equal amount of water in addition to your 8-10 glasses a day. When I was on my diet plan we weren't allowed to count caffeinated beverages as water intake. Jenn I drink only herbal tea (leaves, not bags). Can I count that in as an "allowed fluid intake" or not? Elly I'd count it if it isn't caffeinated and has no sugar. Jenn |
