Default Water challenge this week?

Will there be a water challenge this week?

If so - is it possible to count in the herbal tea (leaves, blend)? I was
reading in another thread that one should count in only water. I actually
just started drinking 1 liter of the herbal tea, my GP/nutritionist
suggested it, and since I drink so much of it (33.8 oz), could I count that
in? (I'm also trying to get at least 8 cups of water daily (which is cca
67.6 oz)...

I don't think there is a water challenge this week but there is a pedometer
challenge. Of course we could do both and call it the "Walk and Wet"
challenge.

Beverly - who's really trying to keep the water intake up too

I don't know if there is going to be a water challenge this week or not
(if you want one, though, I'm sure that others would be agreeable). I
would say that you should count your tea. If this is something that
your GP/nutritionist wants you doing then it's clearly part of your WOE
and I don't think that any of us want you to float away ;-)

LOL - why don't we just do a swimming challenge instead?

BTW it's Monday teatime here now, and I've already done more than my
goal of steps for today

I hadn't planned on starting a formal one this week because of the
pedometer challenge and I don't really want to beat these things to
death. however you can always do one if you wish I was thinking
one week of each month for water, one for pedometer, etc. for those
interested.
