Default 14lb's in 5 weeks

I am so pleased with myself. I have lost 14lb is 5 weeks, and so far I have
not found it too difficult. I still have another 35lb to loose to get to my
goal, but I find all the posts in here very helpful and encouraging. I watch
with interest.

Very good going. Congrats.

Just remember WW does not end when you get to goal. The new habits,
foods and portions continues forever.

It will have to as I *have* to keep my weight down. Doctors orders I am only
4ft 11inches tall so any weight is (my Doctor says) a burden on my heart.
Very high blood pressure.
