No S Diet
I posted to this group about my diet last January and am posting again
because a year later, it's still going strong, and I've actually developed a bit of a following. I like to think it's worth a look even if you don't stick with it -- the site is intended to be entertaining as well as practical. http://www.nosdiet.com Comments welcome. Reinhard |
