I was shocked today. - 4 lbs. I am so close now to being under 300 lbs,
only 2 and a bit and I am under.

Food Question:

I made myself some soup this weekend.

8 cups of fresh chicken broth fat skimmed
carrots
broccoli
cauliflower
1/4 flour
spices
4 oz of chicken breast

Made it into four servings. I have counted this as 4 points, does that seem
reasonable to you point counters?

Thanks Lorna

Where did you get the receipe builder from? That sounds like it would be interesting.
