16 Aug WI
I was shocked today. - 4 lbs. I am so close now to being under 300 lbs,
only 2 and a bit and I am under. Food Question: I made myself some soup this weekend. 8 cups of fresh chicken broth fat skimmed carrots broccoli cauliflower 1/4 flour spices 4 oz of chicken breast Made it into four servings. I have counted this as 4 points, does that seem reasonable to you point counters? Thanks Lorna |

I just used WW Recipe Builder for you soup and I have listed it below! I used one cup of each veggie and WW says it is 2 points per serving. Lorna's Chicken Soup POINTS® values per serving | 2 Servings | 4 Soups | Ingredients 8 cup Boston Market Chicken Broth 1 cup carrot(s) 1 cup broccoli 1 cup cauliflower 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 4 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast(s KEEP YOU THE GREAT WORK!!!!! Where did you get the receipe builder from? That sounds like it would be interesting.
