Default Week 2 weigh in

Had my second week tonight and I'm pleased to be 3 lbs down. Their scales
started me at 137.5 . Don't they know you have to do it first thing in
the morning with no clothes on :-) that way I'm at least 2 pounds lighter.
Now I'm 134.5 with the ww scales. I will be happy from now on with a pound
or a pound and a half a week and anything over will be a bonus.
I went over points a few of the days but I really worked on eating my veg
and drinking the water. I didn't count in any activity points so that may
have made up for my extra bits.I think I can do this. This summer I am going
to look good (to me) in a bikini. I deserve it.
The meeting was good with 4 or 5 people getting silver sevens(for a half
stone gone), one lady at
goal looking very pleased. Also the leader showed round magazine pictures of
the group's secretary who has lost 95 lbs. You really wouldn't think
she was the same person. Surely I can shift these 25 pounds once and for
all.
I know some people are looking at the numbers and thinking they are rather
small, but I am a very short person :-) Remember Honey Bun in South Pacific?
I don't think I want to be 101lbs of fun, I'd settle for 110 plus or minus
two
Louise

I know from experience that your losses may be less than you hope for so
please do not be discouraged. Just stick to the plan.

Great loss Louise. Keep up the good work and you'll be in that bikini in
no time!

I intend to. If I get to the stage where I can look myself in the mirror and
smile without trying, I'll know that is fine. Being so little means even 10
pounds over looks like a lot. My school friends were all tall and as adults
one of them is carrying about 50lbs extra. But she doesn't look any heavier
proportionally than me. My last ww effort went off the rails when I got to
128lbs. I looked ok in clothes if a little blocky, but very wobbly in the
mirror after a shower. So I'm aiming for a BMI of 21 or 22. 20 I'd look l
ike a 10 year old, 24, 25 still looks chubby because of the height
