Default 12/16/06 WI - Laura

Up .2 this week. Not too happy as that's +2.6 in 4 weeks. Time to get
cracking. I suspect that I am sabotoging myself for some unknown reason. I
only have 5 pounds (was 3) til goal but my brain is not liking this.

It could have been worse I guess. DD and I needed to do some bonding so we
went shopping for DH's present. Then we hit our favorite restaurant in town.
Major damage: chicken fingers w/blue cheese dressing and baked potatoes
topped with bacon, cheese, brocolli. I won't even discuss the chocolate
cake/cheesecake we shared. Later in the week I had a christmas luncheon to
attend-buffet style.

We got our new materials. Very nicely presented. Not too happy that I drop
from 22 points to 19 points per day. I am close to dropping down to 20
points anyway so I changed my tracker to 20 to see how that goes. Yesterday
I ended up using 5 WPA but I am doing better today. I need to watch my
"BLTs" (bites, licks & tastes) as that's one area I am guilty of not
tracking carefully.

This should be an interesting week. Lots to accomplish at home and we head
to Florida for the week on Saturday to take care of mom. what fun that will
be.
