Default Erythritol - Zcarb Bars

After testing the Zcarb chocolate bars twice, I've found they do live up to
their billing: no blood sugar rise and no digestive symptoms.

The only diet pitfall I see here is the calories--the bars are small and
clock in at 181 calories apiece. If you are losing slowly and eat one a day
on top of your usual intake, that might be enough to stall you. If you have
room for the calories on your plan, they make a nice treat.

I bought mine at a 7 11 for $1.19.

I have found (being a type2 diabetic) most bars with sugar alcohols are
usually ok per serving. Go beyond a serving and pig out, can be a mess.
Way of learning how to eat period is the key to any "diet". Portion
control, proper exercise is what needs to be learned.

Myway,

The serving sizes for things with Maltitol raised my blood sugar plenty.
Ditto with the glycerine bars.

Lacitol doesn't raise my blood sugar--but a serving of 3 Reeses Peanut
Butter cups renders me poor company for rest of the evening due to the
horrible gas it creates. Even the Carb Smart Ice cream causes a bit more gas
than I'm happy with, again lacitol.

This new sugar alcohol in the Zcarb bar did neither, which was a pleasant
surprise.
