Another story with pictures

with pictures as her diet story has generated a lot of comments with her customers. She started off at 238 with SlimFast (wasn't low carb unhealthy?) but June 2003 when I started dropping pounds, and told her about it, she considered switching to using the Atkins plan...or a modified version. She switched in July after talking with a few others who were using the method.

Anyway, I've not worked up part of my web site, but since we are twins, we look similar. She is 2 lbs. less than I am now (I'm 148, she is 146)...But, here's one of her diet stories with pictures. Enjoy. Most of you will totally empathize.
