Food & Exercise -- 7/17/2007
Morning run, housework, pool. (Geez, my life is boring! :-) )
Anyway... Food: * 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 10:30 (home): energy brownie * 12:45 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, catsup * 4:15 (pool cafe): 1 packet wheat crackers w/ peanut butter * 7:45 (home): salad w/ greens, veggies, a bit of feta cheese, ~3 oz. roast chicken breast, f/f raspberry vinaigrette; 1 peach; 1 glass wine Exercise: * 6:45 -- 3 mile run * 3:30 -- 6:00: swimming: 2 x 13 lengths; 1 x 14 lengths -- total 1000 meters Chris 262/130s/130s |
