I think I'm on Track
You all know how the story goes. I'm over weight and none of the diets I ever tried
worked like they should. Even when one showed promise where I could see little results I could'nt manage to stay on track and keep the weight off for very long. Something simple that started to work for me was drinking plenty of water and keeping to calorie-free beverages. Yes thats right I just said no to pepsi and coke. If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice to give it some flavor. |
