Default No damage! Well except possibly to my feet...

I spent the day in London yesterday, meeting my big Sis and a stray
American I found on the internet... Well, she's a sewing pal - a
lady I have corresponded with for years, as I do with you.

Lunch was at the V&A, in their lovely café: I had a chunk of cold salmon
and a heap of salad, and yes, I DID have the dressing. Total points: 5

After gawping at the costume gallery we went to Liberty's and gawped at
fabric, and then had afternoon tea in their tea room: Earl Grey tea,
scones, clotted cream, and strawberry jam! Yummmm! Total points: 5

When I got home, DH had cooked a WW bolognese sauce, and I had spaghetti
Bolognese followed by a slice of bread and jam and a small ice cream.
With breakfast, the total points for the day was 21.5. I'd saved a few
from the day before (5 bonus points and one I just didn't eat!), and our
stomping round London's underground in the heat (folk were dropping like
flies, and gangs of people were going round with water for them) earned
me 4 more, so I finished the day with 5.5 to bank for another day out on
Thursday!

I have one blister on my left big toe, and my ankles are still somewhat
swollen, as is usual in the heat. Worth it - we all three had a joyous,
if hot, day.
