if it means anything...i've found that after a good while of strict
low-carbing, that a sugar binge will actually accelerat my weight loss. I
don't reccomend it, but that is what i'v enoticed.

I didn't see that in the book, and I don't see how it could be true,
unless "sugar binge" means really OD'ing on sugar. In any case, I don't
think "some ice cream" would qualify as a sugar binge. Whenever I have a
carb day, the increased weight is apparently nothing but glycogen and
water, which always comes right off again after no more than two days.
Still, if you are not compelled to have some ice cream, so much the
better.
