Default Mercury in Fish

I found a link to tables showing the comparative mercury levels for various
fish.

http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~frf/sea-mehg.html

I was surprised to see that while fresh tuna is moderately high on the list,
canned tuna is much lower and safer.

I was also surprised to read at the FDA website that the problem is not pure
mercury, but "methylmercury."

Thanks Cubit,

The table will come in handy... I eat a considerable amount
of fish in my WOE (I am an islander...)
