Default get rid of bags?

Once a person's weight is down, how long until the bagginess (droopy
loose skin) goes away? Is that a matter of age, exercise, nutritional
supplements, etc etc etc?

Thank you,

Ted Shoemaker

I think that depends on how much weight, how old you are and how much
exercise you are getting. I was 250 and now weigh 188. I lost this over
the course of a few years, but lost 40 pretty fast. I am now 38. My body
really is showing no excess skin, but I feel that is because I am working
out. The more I work out the better it seems to help. I think if you are
over 50, it may be a little longer to get that skin back to where you want,
but I am not sure. Some people may just bounce back no matter what
age....well to a point.

These are just my findings. Some people may have other findings.

I lost 145 a few years ago. Very quickly. I had some sagging skin that never
tightened. This time it will be plastic surgery for me if nothing helps. I
did hear the weight training helps but age is a factor. I was 45 at the
time.
