I had 2 KK donuts and 10 kernals of carmel corn. I had rice with my Unbreaded chicken skewers from the local chinese takeout. 2 doritos chips (not bags). even though I gave myself free rein for Sat and Sun. I really didn't eat much different than normal. I am going to do a 2 week induction then weigh myself. Hang tough, Lori. You're going to knock their socks off at that reunion! I saw improvements within my first month of doing the machines at the Y, especially in my upper arms. -- Michelle Levin http://www.mindspring.com/~lunachick I have only 3 flaws. making a push for goal. back to Induction today
In article t,
says... new pics? Are you asking me or telling me? :-) The last one posted was only (barely) 4 lbs ago, so it'll be a while before new ones get posted. I like to wait at least 10 lbs between photos :-) -- Saffire 205/151/125 - 5'1.5" Atkins since 6/14/03 Progress photo: http://photos.yahoo.com/saffire333 |
