I think the leader is important but not the key...I started with a great
leader who after only a few months no longer worked at our location...I then
due to family illness could no longer attend meetings but just went in to
weigh...My losses continued...As I have often said WW is a tool but the real
key is within all of us...We just need to turn it on...GG

Do you think that's the key? I have an instructer that has taught
fore eons, but she's quite boring.

I totally agree that it is within us and not depending on the leader. I have
to say though, that finding the right "group" can make a huge difference.
It's not so much the leader, as the energy of the group and how at ease one
is to share and ask questions.

Some people do it alone and that's great, but I see so many that do awesome
when with the right group, and just can't stick to it on their own.

Of course, since I work meetings, I just see those who attend meetings.. ;op

It's not the key, but if you really enjoy the leader and really enjoy
the group and how they respond to the leader and each other then
you'll likely really enjoy the meetings. Tough to be inspired to go to
a meeting if you find it a snooze!!!

My lunch time leader is pretty good but the crowd is small and quiet.
I miss the rowdiness of my Monday night meetings!

Try a few leaders out. You can go to any center in teh world...why
stick with a boring one!
