I really hate water and it seems I need double what is normally recommended
to have an affect... thank the universe for lemon juice... My DH does not like milk so has been drinking simply orange with calcium added. its not milk but its something. I get tired of water and start forgetting to drink it. Not good. I recently
discovered Perrier Lemon flavored water. Sort of bubbly but not like Seltzer. I have it at dinner time in a wine glass. Helps me get more water in. "Stormmee" wrote in message ... Great job. You might be right about the splenda and other artificial
sweeteners. Everyone reacts differently to it. Repeat what you did this week and see what happens. Could be real or could be your body just ready to let go of some weight.
