Ever try Italian sodas?? You just get mineral water, and some sugar
free DaVinci or Torani syrups. My favorite is mixing SF vanilla with
SF raspberry.

That's my favorite bubbly drink.

Other than that - Diet Jones black cherry; you can find it at
Starbuck's. Dunno where else.

Diet coke is about the only commonly-found diet drink I like. (I've always
hated regular coke)
Diet coke w/lime is even better.
