If so, I am currently working through maintenance so my current weekly weigh loss is zero ;-) The stats you ask about are 5'10"/175/1800-2000, with about 100-120g of carbs per day on maintenance. When I was losing I was eating 1400-1600 calories/day, considerably fewer carbs (40-60g/day), and I averaged about 2 pounds/week weight loss over the course of my weight loss regimen. It was by no means a linear weight loss; early on the weigh loss per week was much higher than the weight loss as I approached goal. -- JJ. 275/175/175 - as of August 29, 2004 Atkins since Sep 1, 2003 http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/jjsmythe/my_photos 1, 2, 3...98, 99, 100.
