Milk as a weight reduction aid
Back when my kids were young and picky about their food, I would summarily
clean all their leftovers. This gorging on excess food naturally raised my weight to 40 pounds above normal. As an experiment I began downing a full glass of whole milk just as I was beginning my evening meal. I don't remember the time period but I was able to loose those excess 40 pounds (permanently) within a matter of months. This regimen prevented me from going after all the kid's left overs and I now enjoy a nicely proportioned body. |
