That sounds pretty good. I have not looked at any of the "super"
bread-extras - just a loaf on occasion. Still never did find your
lasagna either.

Too late - you knew I wasn't going to pass this one up! Trader Joe's 99% fat free
Blueberry Wheat Bran Muffins ... 1 muffin, about 2 oz., 110 cal/0.5g fat/5g fiber,
1.44 US points. They really are good! Not a large sized muffin, but a bit bigger
than the mini muffin types. Maybe a small cupcake? hehehe There are no
preservatives, took me a while to figure that out (too bad I didn't read the
package where it is stated very clearly). The first two packages I bought turned
moldy within 2 or 3 days. I have since learned ... put them in a zipper bag and
keep refrigerated for a bit longer life. My TJ's has them near the english
muffins/breads - stacked on a display table in the center of the aisle. Go for
it! They really do make a nice snack alternative.

I can't believe their varieties. I've never seen orange. Vanilla are
just not worth it but I have done so on occasion anyway (G)

Need to visit their website and see all they offer.

find the very chocolate ones and only was able to buy the chocolate raspberry?
Now the raspberry are nowhere to be found, and the very chocolate are slim
pickins. This week we were back to orange and vanilla ... two of my least
favorites. Oh, and my store has also carried mm's in the mini MINT chocolate chip

I was just at Trader Joe's on Monday, didn't even think to check out their
meringue section as I had given up on them ever having any mini's. I might have
to try the coconut. I tried the miss meringue coconut cookies, nothing special

Of course, I just discovered Trader Joe's

found
the
meringues. good stuff - like toasted coconut.

Glad

I'll be peeking for your update tomorrow, can't wait to hear

Oh yes, my comfort food. I do them Louisiana style, lots of seasoning. Red
pepper, parsley, garlic, a little boquet garni, dry red beans soak em, olive
oil, no nitrate lean ham cubes, a real production, but easily done in stages
as I pass the kitchen on the way to the washing machine

"Fred" wrote in message

Was that homemade? Is there any particular seasoning to red beans and
rice or just a melange of the two items?

Maybe but it was on the swift road bike. How about extra for skiing
in the snow and fog today?? Had a pickled herring sandwich for lunch
on the ski trip on flax seed bread.
